اسهامات البرامج الجماعية في اكساب جماعات الطلائع الاستعداد للعمل الريادي

الملخص
     تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى " تحديد اسهامات البرامج الجماعية في اكساب جماعات الطلائع  الاستعداد للعمل الريادي", وذلك من خلال تحقيق مجموعة أهداف فرعية وهي تحديد اسهامات البرامج الجماعية في اكساب جماعات الطلائع الاستعداد المعرفي للعمل الريادي تحديد اسهامات البرامج الجماعية في اكساب جماعات الطلائع  الاستعداد الوجداني للعمل الريادي، تحديد اسهامات البرامج الجماعية في اكساب جماعات الطلائع  الاستعداد السلوكي للعمل الريادي، تحديد الصعوبات التي تحد من اسهام البرامج الجماعية في اكساب جماعات الطلائع الاستعداد للعمل الريادي، التوصل لمقترحات تفعيل اسهام البرامج الجماعية في اكساب جماعات الطلائع  الاستعداد للعمل الريادي, وتمشياً مع أهداف الدراسة وإتساقاً مع نوعها ، اعتمدت الدراسة الحالية علي منهج المسح الإجتماعي الشامل لجميع جماعات الطلائع المشاركين في أنشطة مركز التعليم المدني بأسوان, وبلغت عينة الدراسة (180) طليع وطليعة ولقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى تحديد إسهامات البرامج الجماعية في إكساب جماعات الطلائع الاستعداد المعرفي –الوجداني- السلوكي للعمل الريادي, وتحديد الصعوبات ومقترحات تفعيل اسهام البرامج الجماعية في اكساب جماعات الطلائع الاستعداد للعمل الريادي, وخرجت الدراسة بتصور مقترح فى خدمة الجماعة لتفعيل اسهام البرامج الجماعية في اكساب جماعات الطلائع الاستعداد للعمل الريادي.

The contributions of group programs in making the pioneering groups ready for pioneering work
The current study aims at "determining the contributions of collective programs in giving the pioneer groups the readiness for pioneering work", by achieving a set of sub-goals, which is to determine the contributions of the collective programs in giving the pioneer groups the knowledge readiness for pioneering work. Determining the contributions of collective programs in giving the pioneer groups the behavioral readiness for pioneering work, identifying the difficulties that limit the contribution of collective programs in giving the pioneer groups the readiness for pioneering work, reaching proposals to activate the contribution of collective programs in making the pioneer groups ready for pioneering work, and this study is considered one of the descriptive studies In line with the objectives of the study and consistent with its type, the current study relied on a comprehensive social survey approach for all pioneer groups participating in the activities of the Civic Education Center in Aswan. In Aswan, the results of the study reached to determine the contribution of The group programs provide the pioneer groups with the cognitive-emotional-behavioral readiness for pioneering work, identifying the difficulties and proposals for activating the contribution of the group programs in giving the pioneer groups the readiness for pioneering work.
