برنامج مقترح لتنمية المهارات التكنومهنية للاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمجال رعاية الشباب

ملخص الدراسة
      تهتم مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية بتطوير مجالات الممارسة عموماً ، حيث تعتبر من أكثر المهن التي تسعي وتركز أنشطتها نحو خدمة وتطوير المؤسسات ، وذلك رغبة في أنعكاس ذلك علي تقديم خدمات فعالة للمواطنين ، ويتم تحقيق هذا الهدف اما بتطوير المؤسسة أو بتطوير وتنمية العاملين بالمؤسسة لانهم جزء وعنصر بشري هام من عناصرها ، ولهذا أصبحت ممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية ضرورة نظراً لما تواجهة المجتمعات من ضغوط زائدة نتيجة المتغيرات المستمرة سواء كانت ديموجرافية أو اقتصادية أو تكنولوجية هذا بجانب التغير المستمر في الحاجات الاجتماعية بشكل واسع .
      فالمهارات المهنية من الأسس المهمة فى الممارسة المهنية للخدمة الاجتماعية ونجاح الأخصائى فى عمله يتوقف على مدى ما يتمتع به من مهارات فى التطبيق العملى للأسس المعرفية والقيمية للمهنة، كما أنها تساعد الأخصائى فى أن يكون على وعى بمشاعر من يعمل معهم ،  وكذلك التمييز بين المشاعر المرتبطة بالموقف، وغير المرتبطة به، وأيضا تساعد على فهم وإدراك عوامل الوعى واللاوعى فى السلوك الإنسانى لذا جاء البحث الراهن برنامج مقترح لتنمية المهارات التكنومهنية للاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمجال رعاية الشباب بجامعة الفيوم والبالغ عددهم (77) مفردة، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدداً من المهارات التقنية والتكنولوجية اللازمة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بمجال رعاية الشباب وتوصلت ايضاً الي صعوبات تطبيق المهارات التكنومهنية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بمجال رعاية الشباب وانتهت الدراسة ببرنامج مقترح لتنمية المهارات التكنومهنية للاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمجال رعاية الشباب
