أثر جائحـة فيـروس كورونا على علاقات الطاقم الطبــي الأسريــة

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن أثر جائحة فيروس كورونا على علاقات الطاقم الطبي الأسرية بمدينة المحلة الكبرى بمحافظة الغربية، وقد اعتمدت على نمط الدراسات الوصفية، وقد بلغ عدد العينة العمدية (107) طبيب وممرض من أفراد الطاقم الطبي بمستشفى صدر المحلة الكبرى ومستشفى الحُميات عزل كامل منهم (34) ذكور، و(73) إناث، وقد أظهرت المعالجة الإحصائية للنتائج وفقاً لثلاث أبعاد، حيث البعد الأول الذي ينص على أثر جائحة فيروس كورونا على علاقات الطاقم الطبي الأسرية الداخلية، وقد بلغت الأهمية النسبية )73,28%)، بينما البعد الثاني نص على أثر جائحة فيروس كورونا على علاقات الطاقم الطبي الخارجية وقد بغلت الأهمية النسبية )72,45%)، وأخيراً البعد الثالث الخاص بالمشكلات الاجتماعية المترتبة على أثر جائحة فيروس كورونا على علاقات الطاقم الطبي الأسرية التي تمثلت في معاناة أفراد الطاقم الطبي من الأطباء والممرضين في صعوبة تقبل أخطاء أفراد الأسرة، ومن حدة العنف بينهم وبين شريك الحياة الذي قد يصل إلى حد الانفصال، أو التهديد بالطلاق نتيجة كثرة الخلافات الأسرية، التعامل مع الأبناء بعنف شديد قد يصل إلى حد المشاجرات وعدم احترام أدوار كل فرد في الأسرة، وقلة اهتمام الطرف الآخر، وتدخل الأقارب في شؤون حياتهم الأسرية، والتقصير في أداء المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه أسرته، وأوصت الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات ذات العلاقة بالتماسك الأسري وتفعيل البرامج التنموية والوقائية والعلاجية من خلال المستشفيات الحكومية لأي جائحة مستقبلية.

Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the impact of the Corona virus pandemic on the family relations of medical staff in the city of Al-Mahalla Al-Kubra in Gharbia Governorate, and it relied on the pattern of descriptive studies. (34) males, and (73) females. The statistical treatment of the results showed according to three dimensions, where the first dimension states the impact of the Corona virus pandemic on the internal family relationships of medical staff, and the relative importance reached (73.28%), while the second dimension A text on the impact of the Corona virus pandemic on the external relations of the medical staff, which was of relative importance (72.45%). Finally, the third dimension of the social problems resulting from the impact of the Corona virus pandemic on the family medical staff’s relations, which was represented in the suffering of the medical staff, including doctors and nurses, in the difficulty of accepting the mistakes of family members, and the severity of violence between them and the life partner, which may amount to separation, or threat Divorce as a result of many family disputes, dealing with children with extreme violence may reach the point of quarrels, disrespect for the roles of each member in the family, lack of interest of the other party, interference of relatives in the affairs of their family life, and failure to perform social responsibility towards his family, and the study recommended conducting more studies Related to family cohesion and activating developmental, preventive and curative programs through government hospitals for any future pandemic.
