المعوقات التي تحد من فاعلية تحقيق جودة الخدمات الصحية بالريف

الملخص:
احتلت قضية التنمية بمختلف جوانبها مكاناً بارزاً في المجتمعات بكافة أنواعها على السواء، كما حظيت باهتمام العديد من الباحثين في مختلف المجالات باعتبارها الوسيلة المثلى لتحقيق حياة أفضل للمجتمعات ومستوى معيشة أفضل للأفراد وخاصة بعد أن اشتدت وطأة الصراع بين رواسب التخلف وآفاق التنمية، ولذلك تتسارع الدول والمجتمعات لتحقيق معدلات ومستويات أرقى للتنمية وتحسين نوعية الحياة والارتقاء بالإنسان في المجتمع، ومن ثم فإن التنمية لا يمكن أن تكون دون الاعتماد على الإنسان فهو الذى يصنعها ويوجهها ويستفيد من عائدها، لذلك كان من الضروري الاهتمام بجودة الخدمات الصحية التى تقدم للإنسان وتحديد أهم المعوقات التى تمنع تحقيق جودة الخدمات الصحية، وتنتمى هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات التقييمية، اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على اعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للمترددين على الوحدات الصحية الريفية بمحافظة الفيوم وعددهم (395) مفردة، وكذلك منهج المسح الاجتماع الشامل للعاملين بالوحدات الصحية الريفية بمحافظة الفيوم وعددهم (134) مفردة، اعتمدت الباحثة في جمع البيانات من الميدان على استمارة استبار للمترددين واستمارة قياس للعاملين بالوحدات الصحية الريفية، وتدل نتائج الدراسة على وجود معوقات تحد من فاعلية تحقيق جودة الخدمات الصحية بالريف.

Abstract:The issue of development in its various aspects has occupied a prominent place in societies of all kinds alike, and it has also attracted the attention of many researchers in various fields as it is the best way to achieve a better life for societies and a better standard of living for individuals. especially after the conflict between the deposits of underdevelopment and development prospects intensified, and therefore countries and societies are accelerating to achieve higher rates and levels of development and improve the quality of life. and the advancement of the human being in society, and therefore development cannot be without relying on the human being, as he is the one who makes it, directs it, and benefits from its return. therefore, it was necessary to pay attention to the quality of health services provided to people and to identify the most important obstacles that prevent the achievement of quality health services. this study belongs to the style of evaluative studies. this study relied on the use of the social survey method in the sample of the visitors to the rural health units in Fayoum Governorate, numbering (395) individuals. As well as the comprehensive social survey approach for workers in rural health units in Fayoum governorate, their number is (134) individuals. in collecting data from the field, the researcher relied on a survey form for frequenters and a measurement form for workers in rural health units. the results of the study indicate that there are obstacles that limit the effectiveness of achieving quality health services in rural areas.Keywords: obstacles, quality, service quality, health services quality.
