متطلبات جودة الأداء المهنى لأخصائى خدمة الجماعة فى مواجهة الضغوط الحياتية لأسر الأطفال ذوى إضطراب تشتت الإنتباه وفرط الحركة.

الملخص:
 هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد متطلبات جودة الأداء المهني لأخصائي خدمة الجماعة لتخفيف حدة الضغوط الحياتية لدي أسر الأطفال ذوى إضطراب تشتت الإنتباه وفرط الحركة(المعرفية – المهارية – القيمية – الإدارية ) وإتبعت الدراسة نمط الدراسات الوصفية  من خلال منهج المسح الإجتماعي الشامل , وبتطبيق الإستبيان علي الأخصائيين الإجتماعيين والمسئولين العاملين بمؤسسات رعاية الأطفال ذوى الإحتياجات الخاصة بمحافظة بورسعيد , أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستويات متطلبات جودة الأداء المهنى لأخصائى خدمة الجماعة فى مواجهة الضغوط ‏الحياتية لأسر الأطفال ذوى إضطراب تشتت الإنتباه وفرط الحركة, تمثل فيما يلي: الترتيب الأول المتطلبات القيمية بمتوسط حسابي (2.65)، يليه الترتيب الثاني المتطلبات المهارية بمتوسط حسابي (2.61)، ثم الترتيب الثالث المتطلبات المعرفية بمتوسط حسابي (2.52)، وأخيرا الترتيب الرابع المتطلبات الإدارية بمتوسط حسابي (2.51)، كما بينت النتائج أن أهم المقترحات وضع نظام فعال للإتصال بين الإدارة وأخصائي الجماعة لضمان جودة أدائه المهني مع أسر الأطفال ذوى إضطراب تشتت الإنتباه وفرط الحركة، وتوفير العدد الكافى من الأخصائيين الإجتماعيين بما يلائم طبيعة عملهم مع أسر الأطفال.

Abstract:
 
This study aims to identify the quality requirements of the professional performance of Social group work to alleviate the life stresses of families of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (cognitive - skill - value - administrative), and the study followed the pattern of descriptive studies, through the comprehensive social survey approach. And by applying the questionnaire to social workers and officials working in institutions for the care of children with special needs in Port Said Governorate, the study concluded that the levels of quality requirements for the professional performance of the Social group work in the face of the life stresses of families of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, are represented as follows: The first is the value requirements with an arithmetic mean (2.65). Followed by the second order of skill requirements with an arithmetic average (2.61). Then the third rank is the cognitive requirements with an average of (2.52). Finally, the fourth rank is the administrative requirements with an arithmetic mean (2.51).  The results also showed that the most important proposals were to develop an effective system of communication between the administration and the group worker to ensure the quality of his professional performance with the families of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and to provide a sufficient number of social workers to suit the nature of their work with the families of the children.
