تصورات رواد جماعات التدريب الميداني لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية نحو تقييم الطلاب لأدائهم

 
الملخص:
     استهدفت الدراسة تحديد تصورات رواد جماعات التدريب الميداني نحو تقييم طلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية لادائهم، وتم التوصل لتحقيق هذا الهدف من خلال تحقيق الاهداف الفرعية التالية: تحديد تصورات رواد جماعات التدريب الميداني نحو تقييم الطلاب لادائهم والمرتبطة بالسمات الشخصية للمشرف، وتحديد تصورات رواد جماعات التدريب الميداني نحو تقييم الطلاب للاشراف والمتعلقة بتحقيق اهداف خطة التدريب، وتحديد تصورات رواد جماعات التدريب الميداني نحو تقييم الطلاب لادائهم والمتعلقة بوسائل واساليب التدريب المستخدمة، تنتمي هذه الدراسة للدراسات الوصفية ومنهج هذه الدراسة هو المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لجميع رواد جماعات التدريب وعددهم( 72) اعتمدت الدراسة على المقياس كاداة رئيسية لها وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى الاجابة على تساؤلات، والتوصل الى توصيات عامة منها اتاحة الفرص لطلاب التدريب الميداني لتقييم اداء رواد الجماعات وتشجيعهم على ابداء ارائهم المرتبطة بهذا الشان.

Summary:
  The study aimed to determine the perceptions of the pioneers of the field training groups towards the evaluation of social work students for their performance, and this goal was  achieved by achieving the following sub-objectives: determining the perceptions of the pioneers of the field training groups towards the students' evaluation of their performance and related to the personal characteristics of the supervisor, and determining the perceptions of the pioneers of the field training groups towards the evaluation  Students to supervise and related to achieving the objectives of the training plan, and to determine the perceptions of the pioneers of the field training groups towards the students’ evaluation of their performance related to the means and methods of training used.  The results of the study reached an answer to questions, and reached general recommendations, including providing opportunities for field training students to evaluate the performance of group leaders and encouraging them to express their opinions related to this matter.
