متطلبات خدمة الجماعة التكنولوجية فى تحقيق الكفاءة الأكاديمية لطلاب الخدمة الإجتماعية فى ضوء التحول الرقمى

الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد متطلبات خدمة الجماعة التكنولوجية (المتعلقة بالطلاب – المتعلقة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس – المتعلقة بالمقررات – المتعلقة بالمؤسسة الجامعية) فى تحقيق الكفاءة ‏الأكاديمية لطلاب الخدمة الإجتماعية فى ضوء التحول ‏الرقمى، والتعرف على الصعوبات التى تحد من تحقيق متطلبات خدمة الجماعة الإلكترونية فى ضوء التحول ‏الرقمى ، من وجهة نظر الشباب الجامعى، مقترحات التغلب عليها ،وقد تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفى التحليلى من خلال إستبانة إلكترونية تم إعدادها لهذا الغرض مكونة من (73) عبارة موزعة على ثلاث محاور، وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (226) من طلاب المعهد العالى للخدمة الاجتماعية ببورسعيد ، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة أن متطلبات خدمة الجماعة التكنولوجية (المتعلقة بالمؤسسة التعليمية) جاءت فى الترتيب الأول , يليها المتطلبات المتعلقة ( بأعضاء هيئة التدريس) , ثم المتطلبات المتعلقة ( بمقرر خدمة الجماعة ) وأخيرا المتطلبات المتعلقة ( بالطلاب). كما أوضحت النتائج أن أهم الصعوبات التي تواجه متطلبات طريقة خدمة الجماعة التكنولوجية لتحقيق الكفاءة الأكاديمية لطلاب الخدمة الإجتماعية هى: مقاومة التغيير من بعض أعضاء هيئة التدريس , وعدم وجود شبكة أنترنت بالقاعات التعليمية، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن أهم المقترحات هى: الشراكة بين المؤسسة التعليمية ووزارة الإتصالات لتوفير إنترنت عالِ الجودة بتكلفة أقل لخدمة العملية التعليمية ، يليها بناء مقرر خدمة الجماعة بشكل جذاب ومحبب للطلاب ، ثم تدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس علي مهارات التفاعل الرقمى.

Abstract: 
 
The study aimed to determine the requirements of the technological Social Group ‎Work (related to students - related to Teaching staff - related courses - related the university institution) in achieving the academic competence of ‎social work students, from the Perspective of digital ‎transformation.  And determine the obstacles that reduce the chances of achieving the requirements of the technological Social Group ‎Work ‎ from Perspective of the digital transformation from the point of view of university youth. The, survey's descriptive-analytical approach was used by designing an electronic questionnaire consisting of (73) items divided into three domains. The sample consisted of (226) students from the Higher Institute of Social Work in Port Said, The results of the study showed that the requirements of the technological Social Group ‎Work (related to the educational institution) came in first -ranking, followed by the requirements related to (Teaching staff), then the requirements related to (the Social Group ‎Work course), and finally the requirements related to (students). The results also showed that the most important obstacles are resistance to change from some Teaching staff, and the lack of an Internet network in the educational halls. The results also indicated that the most important proposals are: the partnership between the educational institution and the Ministry of Communications to provide high-quality Internet at a lower cost to serve the educational process, followed by building the Social Group ‎Work course attractively and endearing to students, then training faculty members on digital interaction skills.
