التحول الرقمى واثره على جودة خدمات التأمين الصحى الشامل ببورسعيد

ملخص البحث:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد اثر التحول الرقمى على جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة من نظام التأمين الصحى الشامل ببورسعيد.
وأجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة من المترددين على مراكز ووحدات التأمين الصحى الشامل ببورسعيد , وقد استندت الباحثة على استمارة استبيان تم تطبيقها على عينة بلغ عددها 378 مفردة.
وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدخال التحول الرقمى فى نظام التأمين الصحى الشامل وجودة الخدمات الصحية , كما أن إدخال الميكنة والتحول الرقمى فى نظام التأمين الصحى الشامل ساهم فى تحسين الخدمات الصحية بقوة نسبية 97%

Abstract:
This study aimed to determine the impact of digital transformation on the quality of health services provided by the comprehensive health insurance system in Port Said.
This study was conducted on a sample of visitor to health insurance centers in Port Said; the study relied on a questionnaire that was applied to a sample of 378 individuals.
The results of the study revealed that there is a statistically significant direct relationship between digital transformation in the comprehensive health insurance system and the quality of health services, the digital transformation of the comprehensive health insurance system also contributed to the improvement of health services with relative strength 97%.
