تصوُّرات طلبة الخدمة الاجتماعية في جامعة السلطان قابوس تجاه استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في التدخلات المهنية مع العملاء

ملخص الدراسة:
في ضوء التطور التكنولوجي المتسارع، زاد الاهتمام بدمج الذكاء الاصطناعي في ممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية، إذ أصبح استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي تحولًا مهمًا يمكنه تقديم حلول مبتكرة وفعّالة لتحديات المهنة، ويمكن أن يفتح أبوابًا جديدة لتقديم الرعاية والدعم الشخصي والاجتماعي بطرق أكثر فاعلية وتكاملًا.
ومن هذا المنطلق، استهدفت الدراسة الحالية استكشاف تصورات طلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية بجامعة السلطان قابوس بشأن استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في التدخلات المهنية مع العملاء. جُمعت البيانات من خلال تطبيق استمارة استبيان على عينة مؤلفة من 40 طالبًا في قسم علم الاجتماع والعمل الاجتماعي بجامعة السلطان قابوس، وأظهرت النتائج أن طلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية يرون الذكاء الاصطناعي أداةً محتملة لتعزيز فاعلية والكفاءة في التدخلات المهنية، مثل تحليل البيانات وتوفير معلومات دقيقة واستخدام التكنولوجيا في تقديم الخدمات، ومع ذلك كانت هناك أيضًا مخاوف متعددة تتعلق بالاستخدام الواسع للذكاء الاصطناعي، مثل احتمال التهديد للخصوصية وتأثيره على التواصل الإنساني، وتوصي نتائج الدراسة بتوفير التدريب والتوعية لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية بشأن الاستخدام الأخلاقي والمسؤول للذكاء الاصطناعي في مجالات الممارسة المهنية، بالإضافة إلى إجراء مزيد من الدراسات والبحوث المتعلقة بفهم تأثير الذكاء الاصطناعي على الخدمة الاجتماعية.

Perceptions of Social Work Students at Sultan Qaboos University Towards the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Professional Interventions with Clients
 
Abstract
Given the rapid advancements in technology, there has been a growing interest in the integration of artificial intelligence into social work practice. The utilization of artificial intelligence represents a significant shift that holds the potential to offer innovative and effective solutions to professional challenges. Moreover, it paves the way for new possibilities in delivering care, personal support, and social assistance in a more efficient and integrated manner.
From this perspective, the current study aimed to explore the perceptions of social work students at Sultan Qaboos University regarding the use of artificial intelligence in professional interventions with clients. Data were collected through the administration of a questionnaire to a sample of 40 students in the Department of Sociology and Social Work at Sultan Qaboos University. The results revealed that social work students view artificial intelligence as a potential tool to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in professional interventions, such as data analysis, providing accurate information, and utilizing technology in service delivery. However, there were also multiple concerns associated with the widespread use of artificial intelligence, such as potential threats to privacy and its impact on human communication. The study recommends providing training and raising awareness among social work students regarding the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence in professional practice areas, in addition to conducting further studies and research to better understand the impact of artificial intelligence on social work.
