التدخل المهني في الخدمة الاجتماعية باستخدام العلاج السردي للتخفيف من ضغوط ما بعد الصدمة لمريضات السرطان
 ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية العلاج السردي في تخفيف ضغوط ما بعد الصدمة لدى مريضات السرطان بمركز الأورام " الجمعية العلمية لرعاية مرضى الأورام" بمحافظة الفيوم، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (14) مريضة حديثة المعرفة بالمرض، وتم اختيارهن بطريقة قصدية بعد تطبيق مقياس أعراض ضغوط ما بعد الصدمة
وتمثلت أهم نتائج الدارسة فيما يلي: وجود فروق في متوسطات فاعلية العلاج السردي في تخفيف أعراض اضطرابات ضغوط ما بعد الصدمة لصالح القياس البعدي على الدرجة الكلية وباقي الأبعاد، كما تبين أنه لا توجد فروق بين متوسطات أداء المجموعة التجريبية على الاختبار البعدي والاختبار التتبعى.
توصية: توصي الباحثة بإدراج العلاج السردي ضمن النماذج الفاعلة في الخدمة الاجتماعية وتدريسه على مستوى مرحلة البكالوريوس، ومرحلة الدراسات العليا لاستخدامه مع فئات ومشكلات أخرى.

A professional social work intervention by narrative therapy to relieve post-traumatic stress for cancer patients
Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of narrative therapy in alleviating the post-traumatic stress among cancer patients at the oncology center in Fayoum Governorate. The study sample consisted of (14) female patients with recent knowledge of the disease, and they were chosen intentionally after applying the post-traumatic stress symptoms scale.           
 The results were as follows: There are differences in the averages of the effectiveness of narrative therapy in alleviating the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder in favor of the post-test on the total score and the rest of the dimensions. It was also shown that there are no differences between the averages of the experimental group’s performance on the post-test and the follow-up test.
Recommendation: The researcher recommends including narrative therapy among effective models in social service and teaching it at the bachelor’s level and the postgraduate level for use with other groups and problems.
