التعليقات كأسلوب فى المقابلات الفردية دراسة مطبقة على الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمجال المدرسى

 ملخص الدرسة باللغة العربية
  استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على مستوى المهاره فى التعليقات كأسلوب يستخدمة الاخصائى الاجتماعى المدرسى أثناء المقابلات الفردية كهدف رئيسى للدراسة كما استهدفت الدراسة أهداف فرعية أخرى ممثلة فى التعرف على مستوى الدلالة الاحصائية  بين المهارة فى التعليقات كفنية للمقابلات وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات كالمؤهل الدراسى – وسنوات الخبرة – عدد الدورات التدريبية التى يحصل عليها الاخصائى – وزمن المقابلة ) وتصميم أداة لتقدير مستوى مهارة التعليقات كفنية مستخدمة في المقابلات الفردية ليستفيد بها المهتمون بالمجال المدرسى فيما يخص مهاره التعليقات كفنية للمقابلات الفردية . وانطلاقاً من اهداف الدراسة تحددت فرضيات الدراسة فى فرضين أساسين هما من المتوقع ان يكون  المستوى الفعلى لاستخدام الاخصائى الاجتماعى لمهارة  التعليقات اثناء المقابلات الفردية مع الطلاب بالمجال المدرسى مرتفعا والفرض الثانى يتمثل فى وجود ارتباط دال احصائيا بين المهاره فى التعليق ومتغيرات الدراسة - كالمؤهل الدراسى – وسنوات الخبرة – عدد الدورات التدريبية التى يحصل عليها الاخصائى – وزمن المقابلة ) واعتمدت الباحثة في إجراء الدراسة الوصفية  باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعى باستخدام العينة الميسرة للباحثة وعددهم 135 اخصائى اجتماعى وطبق عليهم استبيان المهارة فى التعليق كفنية للحالات الفردية وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن  مستوى المهارة فى استخدام التعليقات كفنية للمقابلات الفردية متوسط  وكانت نتائج الابعاد الفرعية لمهارة التعليقات ممثلة فى مستوى المهارة فى التعليقات اللفظية متوسط ومستوى المهارة فى التعليقات الغير لفظية متوسط ومستوى المهارة فى تقيم تعليقات الاخصائى الاجتماعى ضعيف وبالتالى لا يتم قبول الفرض الاول للدراسة. وبالنسبة لفرض الدراسة الثانى اتضح انة لا يوجد ارتباط دال بين مستوى المهارة فى التعليقات والمؤهل الدارسى بينما وجدت دلالة احصائية بين المهارة فى التعليقات ومتغيرات الخبرة وعدد الدورات التدريبيه  ومدة المقابلة وعدد الحالات التى تعامل معها الاخصائى .

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of skill in the comments as a method that uses the social worker teaching during the individual interviews as the main objective of the study. It also targeted other sub-objectives represented in the identification of the level of statistical connotation between the skill in the comments as a technical interview and its relationship to some variables such as academic qualification, years of experience, the number of training courses obtained by the specialist, and the time of the interview). The design of a tool to assess the level of skill of comments in individual interviews to benefit those interested in the school field with regard to the skill of comments as a technician for individual interviews. Based on the objectives of the study, the study hypotheses are defined in two basic assumptions: the actual level of social worker's use of feedback skill during individual interviews with students in the school field is expected to be high. The second assumption is that there is a statistical correlation between the commentary skill and the study variables. - Such as academic qualification - years of experience - number of training courses obtained by the specialist - and time of interview) In conducting the descriptive study, the researcher relied on the social survey curriculum using the accessible sample of 135 social workers to whom the skill questionnaire was applied to comment as a technician for individual cases. The study found that the skill level in using feedback as a technician for individual interviews was average. The results of subdimensional dimensions of comments were represented in the level of skill in verbal comments are weak and the average skill level in non-verbal feedback. With regard to the imposition of the second study, it became clear that there was no correlation between the skill level in the comments and the study qualification, whereas there was a statistical indication between the skill in the comments and the experience variables, the number of training courses, the duration of the interview and the number of cases dealt with by the specialist.
