متطلبات تنمية المهارات الرقمية كآلية لبناء قدرات الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بمؤسسات التعليم الأزهري قبل الجامعي

المستخلص :
قد أحدث التحول الرقمي وتكنولوجيا المعلومات تطورا كبيرا في جميع القطاعات , وأصبح تبادل المعلومات العامل الأهم في تطوير وتنمية المجتمعات , ولذا استهدف البحث تحديد مستوى المهارات الرقمية في بناء قدرات الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بمؤسسات التعليم الأزهري قبل الجامعي وذلك من خلال تحديد المهارات التشغيلية ,والمهارات المعلوماتية , والمهارات الاجتماعية , والمهارات الإبداعية , كما استهدف تحديد متطلبات قدرات الأخصائيين الاجتماعين بمؤسسات التعليم الأزهري قبل الجامعي وذلك من خلال تحديد متطلبات القدرات البشرية , متطلبات القدرات الإدارية , متطلبات القدرات المعلوماتية , متطلبات القدرات الاتصالية , المتطلبات التدريبية , المتطلبات التنظيمية , كما استهدف تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين المهارات الرقمية وبناء قدرات الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين , واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي واعتمدت على منهج دراسة الحالة , وتوصل البحث ضرورة توفير البنية التحتية للتقنيات الرقمية في المؤسسة التعليمية , وتدريب الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين على استخدام التقنيات الرقمية الحديثة , زيادة الدعم الإداري والمالي للوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة , ضرورة الاستعانة بالخبراء المتخصصين لتنمية المهارات التكنولوجية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين

Abstract:
Digital transformation and information technology have brought about a great development in all sectors, and the exchange of information has become the most important factor in the development and growth of societies. Therefore, the research aimed to determine the level of digital skills in building the capacities of social workers in Al-Azhar pre-university education institutions , This is done by identifying operational skills, informational skills, social skills, and creative skills , It also aimed to determine the requirements for the capabilities of social workers in Al-Azhar pre-university education institutions, by defining human capabilities requirements, administrative capabilities requirements, information capabilities requirements, communication capabilities requirements, training requirements, organizational requirements , It also aimed to determine the nature of the relationship between digital skills and capacity building of social workers , The study used the descriptive approach and relied on the case study approach , The research concluded the necessity of providing the infrastructure for digital technologies in the educational institution, training social workers on the use of modern digital technologies, increasing administrative and financial support for modern technological means, the need to seek the assistance of specialized experts to develop the technological skills of social workers.
