قياس العائد الاجتماعي لبرنامج اطمئن المقدم بجمعية المودة للتنمية الأسرية بمحافظة جدة دراسة تطبيقية

  المستخلص: هدفت الدّراسة إلى قياس العائد الاجتماعي لبرنامج اطمئن للإرشاد الهاتفي الأسريّ في جمعية المودّة للتنمية الأسرية وقد انبثق من الهدف الرئيس هدفين فرعين هما: قياس العائد لبرنامج اطمئن المُعدّ في جمعية المودّة للتنمية الأسرية لتنمية معارف المستفيدين، قياس العائد لبرنامج اطمئن المصمّم في جمعية المودّة للتنمية الأسرية لإكساب المستفيدين خبرات ومهارات تعود بالنفع عليهم. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استُعِينَ بمنهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، وتكوَّنت عينتُها من (المستفيدين)، من برنامج اطمئن للإرشاد الهاتفي الأسري بجمعية المودة للتنمية الاسرية)، حيث بلغ عدد المستفيدين من برنامج اطمئن للإرشاد الهاتفي الاسري بالجمعية (٣٤٤) مستفيد ومستفيدة،، تم اختيارهم بأسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة، وقد اعتُمِد على المقياس كأداةٍ لجمع البيانات من عينة المستفيدين. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: أن مستوى العائد الاجتماعي لبرنامج اطمئن للإرشاد الهاتفي الأسريّ في جمعية المودّة للتنمية الأسرية جاء بدرجة كبيرة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (٤٩,٢) و قد جاء  بعُد اكتساب المستفيدين مهارات جديدة في المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (٥٠,٢),  و في المرتبة الثانية جاء بعُد حل مشكلات المستفيدين بمتوسط حسابي ( ٤٩,٢).كما وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات ومنها: إجراء المزيد من الدراسات والبحوث من أجل تقييم البرامج والخدمات المقدمة في المراكز ومعرفة آراء المستفيدين منها للتعرف على إيجابياتها وسلبياتها مما يساعد على تحسين هذه البرامج بشكل مستمر، الاستفادة من التجارب الناجحة في الدول الأخرى في مجال الاستشارات الأسرية واتباع الاستراتيجيات والأساليب العلاجية التي تم استخدامها بما يتناسب مع ثقافة المجتمع السعودي وعاداته وتقاليده.

Abstract:
The study aimed to measure the social return of the Atmyain program for family telephone counseling at Al-Mawadah Association for Family Development. Two sub-objectives emerged from the main objective: measuring the return of the Atmyain program prepared at the Al-Mawadah Association for Family Development to develop the knowledge of the beneficiaries. Measuring the return of the program Atmyain designed at Al-Mawadah Association for Family Development. To provide beneficiaries with experiences and skills that will benefit them. To achieve the objectives of the study, the sample social survey method was used, and its sample consisted of (beneficiaries) from the Atmyain program for Family Telephone Guidance at the Al-Mawadah Family Development Association. The number of beneficiaries from the Atmyain Program for Family Telephone Counseling at the Association reached (344) beneficiaries, male and female, they were selected using a simple random sampling method and the scale was relied upon as a tool to collect data from a sample of beneficiaries. The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which were: The level of social return of the “Atmyain” program for family telephone counseling at the Al-Mawadah Association for Family Development was high, as the arithmetic average reached (49.2), and it came the beneficiaries acquired new skills in the first rank with an arithmetical average of (2.50), In second place came solving beneficiaries’ problems with an arithmetical average of (2.49)The study also reached a set of recommendations, including: Conducting more studies and research in order to evaluate the programs and services provided in the centers and learn the opinions of their beneficiaries to identify their pros and cons, which helps to improve these programs continuously. Benefiting from successful experiences in other countries in the field of family counseling, and following the strategies and therapeutic methods that have been used in a way that is compatible with the culture, customs and traditions of Saudi society.
