تقدير احتياجات الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمجال المدرسي في ظل التحول الرقمي

ملخص 
يشهد هذا العصر تغيرات سريعة في عصر التكنولوجيا والانفجار التقني والمعرفي والثقافي فأصبحت الحاجه ملحة إلى استراتيجيات جديدة توجه مسار التعليم في العصر الحديث لمواكبة  التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي، حيث ظهرت العديد من الإنجازات العلمية خلال القرن الحالي وفي مختلف المجالات التي من بينها مجال الاتصالات الذي حظي بالكثير من التغييرات؛ هذه التغييرات شملت ظهور العولمة، الأمر الذي ساعد في تقريب المسافات بين مختلف القارات، وبالتالي أصبحت كل الدول بمثابة دولة واحدة ؛ فالتعليم والتدريب الإلكتروني كان لهما النصيب الأكبر من هذه التطورات، حيث أصبح سمة أساسية من سمات العصر. إن إدخال التكنولوجيا الحديثة وتكنولوجيا التحول الرقمي سيؤدي إلى زيادة قدرات الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين للاستفادة من المعرفة العلمية وتطوير وتفعيل أدائهم لمواكبة التغيرات التي تحدث في الوقت الراهن فلابد أن يكون لدى الأخصائي الوعي الكافي والمهارة في استخدام الوسائل الرقمية الحديثة وتطبيقها في تعليم وتدريب الخدمة الاجتماعية وذلك للتغلب على أي معوقات قد تواجههم في تعاملاتهم المهنية المستقبلية، حيث إن العالم أجمع يتجه إلى الرقمنة في شتي مجالات الحياة العملية فإن تطوير أساليب الاخصائي الاجتماعي  وإعداده في ظل هذا التحول باستخدام الوسائل الرقمية الحديثة  له أهمية كبرى لتحقيق تلك الأهداف، كما أن استخدام وسائل وأساليب التحول الرقمي يعمل على التحرير من الأعمال الروتينية ، مما يمنحه التفرغ لمساعدة الطلبة على التعلم والتفكير والمساهمة في التخطيط لنشاطاتهم.
