تقدير الحاجات كعملية فى تخطيط برامج الرعاية الاجتماعية الأهلية لذوى الإعاقة

استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع ممارسة عملية تقدير الحاجات كعملية تخطيطية فى برامج الرعاية الاجتماعية الأهلية المقدمة لذوى الإعاقة من خلال مجموعة من المؤشرات الخاصة بعملية تقدير الحاجات وهى مراحل ونماذج وأدوار، وأدوات ومهارات تقدير الحاجات، كذلك التعرف على معوقات ممارسة تقدير الحاجات بالجمعيات الأهلية، وتنتمى الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية، حيث إعتمدت على المسح الاجتماعى الشامل لكافة العاملين ومقدمى الخدمة بجمعية التأهيل المهنى والاجتماعى والمؤسسات التابعة لها بمحافظة الاسكندرية وبلغ مجتمع الدراسة (57) مفردة، وتم جمع البيانات بالاعتماد على استمارة الإستبيان، وتوصلت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة تأثيرية بين ممارسة الجمعيات الأهلية لتخطيط البرامج وعملية تقدير حاجات ذوى الإعاقة الا انها جاءت بمقدار (52.2%) وهى نسبة متوسطة، وإنتهت الدراسة إلى تصور تخطيطى مقترح يمكن من خلاله دعم وتفعيل عملية تقدير الحاجات كعملية تخطيطية أساسية فى صنع برامج الرعاية الاجتماعية لذوى الإعاقة.

The study aimed to identify the reality of practicing the needs assessment process as a planning process in civil social care programs provided to people with disabilities through a set of indicators related to the needs assessment process, which are stages, models, roles, tools and skills for needs assessment, as well as identifying the obstacles to the practice of needs assessment in civil society organizations. The study aims to To the type of descriptive studies, it relied on a comprehensive social survey of all workers and service providers at the Vocational and Social Rehabilitation Association and its affiliated institutions in Alexandria Governorate. The study population reached (57) individuals, and data was collected by relying on a questionnaire form. The study concluded that there is an influential relationship between the practices of civil society organizations. For planning programs and the process of assessing the needs of people with disabilities, but it amounted to (52.2%), which is an average percentage. The study concluded with a proposed planning concept through which the process of assessing needs can be supported and activated as a basic planning process in creating social care programs for people with disabilities.
