ملخص الدراسة:
تسعي الدراسة الحالية الي تحقيق هدف رئيسي برنامج تدريبي مقترح من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتنمية وعى الشباب الجامعي بمهارات ريادة الاعمال الرقمية في ضوء متطلبات رؤية مصر 2030، وذلك من خلال أهداف فرعية وهي تحديد المعارف المرتبطة بمتطلبات مهارات ريادة الاعمال الرقمية لدي الشباب الجامعي في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع وتحديد الاتجاهات المرتبطة بمتطلبات مهارات ريادة الاعمال الرقمية لدي الشباب الجامعي في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع وتحديد المهارات المرتبطة بمتطلبات مهارات ريادة الاعمال الرقمية لدي الشباب الجامعي في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع والتوصل لبرنامج تدريبي مقترح من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتنمية وعى الشباب الجامعي بمهارات ريادة الاعمال الرقمية في ضوء متطلبات رؤية مصر 2030.
وتعتبر الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية والتي اعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي عن طريق العينة من الشباب الجامعي بكليات العلوم الانسانية بجامعة الإسكندرية تكونت عينة البحث من (865) من طلاب وطالبات الفرقة الرابعة (كلية الاداب- كلية التربية- كلية السياحة والفنادق- التجارة- الحقوق- كلية الدراسات الاقتصادية والعلوم السياسية- كلية الفنون الجميلة)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي أهم النتائج منها متطلبات مهارات ريادة الاعمال الرقمية لدي الشباب الجامعي في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع جاءت بمتوسط وزني (2.70) بنسبة (90 %) وهي نسبة (مرتفعة) وجاءت المعارف المرتبطة بمتطلبات مهارات ريادة الاعمال الرقمية لدي الشباب الجامعي في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع جاءت بمتوسط وزني (2.69) بنسبة (89.67%) وهي نسبة (مرتفعة) وجاءت الاتجاهات المرتبطة بمتطلبات مهارات ريادة الاعمال الرقمية لدي الشباب الجامعي في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع جاءت بمتوسط وزني (2.74) بنسبة (91.33 %) وهي نسبة (مرتفعة) جاءت المهارات المرتبطة بمتطلبات مهارات ريادة الاعمال الرقمية لدي الشباب الجامعي في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع جاءت بمتوسط وزني (2.67) بنسبة (89 %) وهي نسبة (مرتفعة) وتوصلت الدراسة لبرنامج تدريبي مقترح من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتنمية وعى الشباب الجامعي بمهارات ريادة الاعمال الرقمية في ضوء متطلبات رؤية مصر 2030.

Abstract:
 The current study seeks to achieve a main goal: a proposed training program from the perspective of community organizing to develop university youth’s awareness of digital entrepreneurship skills in light of the requirements of Egypt’s Vision 2030, through sub- objectives, which are identifying knowledge related to the requirements of digital entrepreneurship skills among university youth in light of the vision. Egypt 2030 from the perspective of the method of organizing society and identifying the trends related to the requirements of digital entrepreneurship skills among university youth in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030 From the perspective of the method of organizing society and identifying the skills related to the requirements of digital entrepreneurship skills among university youth in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030 from the perspective of the method of organizing society and Reaching a proposed training program from the perspective of community organizing to develop university youth’s awareness of digital entrepreneurship skills in light of the requirements of Egypt’s Vision 2030.
The study is considered one of the descriptive studies that relied on the social survey approach through a sample of university youth in the faculties of humanities at the University of Alexandria. The research sample consisted of (865) male and female students in the fourth year (Faculty of Arts- College of Education- College of Tourism and Hotels- Commerce- Law- Faculty of Economic Studies and Political Science- Faculty of Fine Arts), and the study reached the most important results, including the requirements for digital entrepreneurship skills among university youth in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030 from the perspective of the method of organizing society, which came with a weighted average of (2.70) with a percentage of (90%), which is a percentage (High) and the knowledge related to the requirements for digital entrepreneurship skills among university youth in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030 from the perspective of the way society is organized came with an average weight of (2.69) at a rate of (89.67%), which is a (high) percentage. The trends related to the requirements for digital entrepreneurship skills for me came University youth in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030 from the perspective of the method of organizing society came with a weighted average of (2.74) with a percentage of (91.33%), which is a (high) percentage. The skills related to the requirements of digital entrepreneurship skills among university youth came in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030 from the perspective of the method of organizing society. With an average weight of (2.67) with a percentage of (89%), which is a (high) percentage, the study concluded a proposed training program from the perspective of community organizing method to develop university youth’s awareness of digital entrepreneurship skills in light of the requirements of Egypt’s Vision 2030.
