رؤية تنموية مقترحة لتفعيل دور التنظيمات الأكاديمية في تحقيق الوعي بالإستدامة البيئية في ضوء معايير الجامعات الخضراء

 
تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى تفعيل دور التنظيمات الأكاديمية بالجامعات لتحقيق الوعي بالتغيرات المناخية والإستدامة البيئية وذلك في ضوء معايير الجامعات الخضراء حيث أن معايير الجامعات الخضراء هي معايير تمت صياغتها بواسطة مؤسسات معترف بها دولياً والتي منها التصنيف العالمي للمقياس الأخضر للجامعات (Green Metric World University Ranking (GMWU والذي صدر عن الجامعة الأندونيسية عام 2010م ويتضمن  هذا المقياس عدد ستة محاور أساسية وهي (المكان والبنية التحتية، والطاقة والتغير المناخي، وتدوير النفايات، والماء، والنقل، والتعليم والبحث)، وتعد قضية التغيرات المناخية من القضايا المهمة والتي أولت لها العديد من المؤسسات الدولية والمحلية إهتماماً كبيراً لأهميتها وأهمية تأثيرها على المجتمع والبيئة، ونظراً لأهمية دور مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية في مواجهة المشكلات والقضايا التي تمس أمن وسلامة المجتمع وأفراده فكان لزاماً عليها أن تمارس دوراً فاعلاً وهادفاً في مواجهة المشكلات والتحديات البيئية، ولقد أكدت العديد من الدراسات على مساهمة مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية بالفعل في حماية البيئة وذلك من خلال حملات التوعية والتطوع وتحفيز المشاركة الشعبية للقيام بمشروعات بيئية مثل التشجير وجمع وتدوير المخلفات وحملات تنظيف الشواطيء، ومجال الخدمة الاجتماعية البيئية أصبح له تسميات أخرى تعبر عن نفس المضمون منها الخدمة الاجتماعية الخضراء، وكما أن للخدمة الاجتماعية دور علاجي ودور وقائي فإن لها أيضاً دور تنموي يسعي إلى نقل المجتمع من حالة السكون إلى حالة التطور والتقدم والإزدهار والجاهزية لمواجهة ما يستجد من صعوبات وتحديات تواجه المجتمع وأفراده، ونظراً لأهمية الدور الذي تقوم بها الجامعة من تشكيل وتنمية الوعي لدى جميع أفراد المجتمع سواء من منسوبيها أو المجتمعات المحلية المحيطة بها فإن الدراسة الحالية تهدف إلى التعرف على واقع دور التنظيمات الأكاديمية بالجامعة في تحقيق الوعي بالإستدامة البيئية والتغيرات المناخية في ضوء معايير الجامعات الخضراء من خلال التعليم والتدريب والبحث العلمي وخدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة، أيضاً هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق التنظيمات الأكاديمية الوعي بالإستدامة البيئية والتغيرات المناخية في ضوء معايير الجامعات الخضراء ثم صياغة المقترحات لتفعيل دور التنظيمات الأكاديمية في تحقيق الوعي بالإستدامة البيئية والتغيرات المناخية في ضوء معايير الجامعات الخضراء، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية عن أن هناك ثمة قصور في بعض الأدوار التي تمارسها الجامعة من خلال أدوارها الرئيسية الثلاث التعليم والتدريب والبحث العلمي وخدمة المجتمع وتنميته نحو الإستدامة البيئية والتحول نحو الجامعات الخضراء، الذي أصبح متطلباً أساسياً لكافة مؤسسات الدولة والتي منها جامعة الأزهر، وأن هناك ثمة معوقات تعوق دور التنظيمات الأكاديمية في تنمية الوعي بالإستدامة البيئية في ضوء معايير الجامعات الخضراء والتي منها محدودية بدائل التمويل المتاحة لمشروعات البيئة الجامعية المستدامة وتكدس المقررات الجامعية وكثرتها على الطلاب وقلة تعزيز ثقافة تنظيم العمل والمشاريع بين الجامعات والقطاع الخاص حول الإستدامة البيئية وضعف الوعي لدى طلاب الجامعات بمخاطر التغيرات المناخية وتداعياتها وتقليدية تدريس العلوم البيئية في الكليات العملية والنظرية .

Abstract :
The current study seeks to activate the role of academic organizations in universities to achieve awareness of climate change and environmental sustainability in light of the green university standards, as the green university standards are standards formulated by internationally recognized institutions, including the Green Metric World University Ranking (GMWU). Which was issued by the Indonesian University in 2010 AD and includes six basic axes: place and infrastructure, energy and climate change, waste recycling, water, transportation, education and research. The issue of climate change is one of the important issues to which many international and local institutions have given great attention due to its importance and importance. Its impact on the environment and society. Given the importance of the role of the social service profession in confronting problems and issues that affect the security and safety of society and its individuals, it was necessary for it to play an active and purposeful role in confronting environmental problems and challenges. The social service profession has already contributed to protecting the environment through awareness campaigns, volunteering, and motivation. Popular participation in carrying out environmental projects such as afforestation, waste collection and recycling, and beach cleaning campaigns. The field of environmental social service has other names that express the same content, including green social service. Just as social service has a curative and preventive role, it also has a developmental role that seeks to move society from a state of stasis. To the state of development, progress, prosperity, and readiness to face the new difficulties and challenges facing society and its individuals, and given the importance of the role that the university plays in shaping and developing awareness among all members of society, whether its employees or the surrounding local communities, the current study aims to identify the reality of the role of academic organizations. The university aims to achieve awareness of environmental sustainability and climate change in light of green university standards through education, training, scientific research, community service and environmental development. The study also aimed to identify the obstacles that prevent academic organizations from achieving awareness of environmental sustainability and climate change in light of green university standards and then formulate proposals. To activate the role of academic organizations in achieving awareness of environmental sustainability and climate change in light of green university standards. The results of the field study revealed that there are deficiencies in some of the roles played by the university through its three main roles: education, training, scientific research, community service and development towards environmental sustainability and the shift towards green universities, which has become a basic requirement for all state institutions, including Al-Azhar University, and that there are obstacles that hinder... The role of academic organizations in developing awareness of environmental sustainability in light of green university standards, including the limited funding alternatives available for sustainable university environmental projects, the overcrowding of university courses and their abundance for students, the lack of promoting a culture of organizing work and projects between universities and the private sector about environmental sustainability, weak awareness among university students.
