القدرات التطوعية وتحقيق التميز المؤسسي بمنظمات رعاية المسنين دراسة من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الى تحديد العلاقة بين القدرات التطوعية والتميز المؤسسي بمنظمات رعاية المسنين من خلال تحديد مستوي القدرات التطوعية و مستوي التميز المؤسسي لدي منظمات رعاية المسنين، وايضا تحديد المعوقات التي تواجه اسهامات القدرات التطوعية في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي وسعت الدراسة الى اختبار عدة فروض شملت: من المتوقع أن يكون مستوي القدرات التطوعية لدي منظمات رعاية المسنين متوسطا، من المتوقع أن يكون مستوي التميز المؤسسي لدي منظمات رعاية المسنين متوسطا، توجد علاقة طردية ذات دلالة احصائية بين القدرات التطوعية وتحقيق التميز المؤسسي، توجد فروق داله احصائيا بين استجابات المسئولين بمنظمات رعاية المسنين و استجابات المتطوعين حول (القدرات التطوعية -التميز المؤسسي بمنظمات رعاية المسنين)، واستخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي باعتبارها من نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، واعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام أداتين لاختبار فروضها وهما: استمارة استبيان للمسئولين بمنظمات رعاية المسنين واستمارة استبيان للمتطوعين بمنظمات رعاية المسنين، ولقد بلغ حجم مجتمع المسئولين (97) مفردة؛ بينما بلغ حجم مجتمع المتطوعين (126) مفردة، وقد اظهرت نتائج الدراسة انه يوجد علاقة طردية بين القدرات التطوعية وتحقيق التميز المؤسسي بمنظمات رعاية المسنين كما اتضح وجود فروق بين المسئولين والمتطوعين بمنظمات رعاية المسنين بالنسبة لتحديدهم القدرات التطوعية لصالح المتطوعين.

Abstract: The study aimed to determine the relationship between volunteer capabilities and institutional excellence in elderly care organizations by determining the level of volunteer capabilities and the level of institutional excellence in elderly care organizations, and also identifying the obstacles facing volunteer capabilities and achieving institutional excellence. The study sought to test several hypotheses that included: It is expected that The level of volunteer capabilities in elderly care organizations is average. The level of institutional excellence in elderly care organizations is expected to be average. There is a statistically significant direct relationship between volunteer capabilities and achieving excellence. There are statistically significant differences between the responses of officials in elderly care organizations and the responses of volunteers regarding (capabilities). Volunteerism - Institutional Excellence in Elderly Care Organizations), and the study used a social survey approach as a type of descriptive analytical studies. The study relied on the use of two tools to test its hypotheses: a questionnaire for officials in elderly care organizations and a questionnaire form for volunteers in elderly care organizations. The size of the community of officials reached (97 ) single; While the size of the volunteer community reached (126) individuals, the results of the study showed that there is a direct relationship between volunteerism and institutional excellence in elderly care organizations. It also became clear that there are differences between volunteer officials in elderly care organizations with regard to their identification of volunteer capabilities for the benefit of volunteers.
