التحديات التي تواجه وحدة الارشاد الاكاديمي في تطوير الاعداد المهني لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية

ملخص البحث:-
       يعتبر الارشاد الاكاديمي احد انواع الارشاد الذي حظى بأهمية كبيرة في الآونة الاخيرة في الجامعات المصرية ، حيث تتمثل أهميته في قدرته في التعامل مع الكثير من المشكلات التعليمية والاجتماعية التي تواجه الطلاب في الجامعات ، وتعد كفاءة الارشاد الاكاديمي مؤشرا لمدى فعالية تلك المؤسسات في توجيه الطلاب وارشادهم اثناء الدراسة وخاصة انه جزء لا يتجزأ من عملية التعليم والتعلم  في الجامعة  .
       وبما أن الخدمة الاجتماعية مهنة إحداث التغيير التي  لها متخصصوها من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين الذين يتم إعدادهم نظريًا وعمليًا، حتى يمكنهم الإسهام بفاعلية في عمليات التغيير والتنمية ، لذا كان ولابد من الاهتمام بعملية إعدادهم وتنمية قدراتهم ودعم كفاءتهم باستمرار؛ استجابة للاحتياجات والمشكلات والتغيرات التي تواجههم في حياتهم الجامعية.
       تأسيسا على ما تقدم فأن وحدة الإرشاد الأكاديمي لها دورا كبيرا في العلمية التعليمية ، بما له من انعكاسات واضحة ومباشرة على  الطالب والجامعة والمجتمع  لإنهاء متطلبات التخرج.
      اضف الى ذلك مجموعه التحديات  التي تواجه وحدة الارشاد الاكاديمي  بالجامعات  مثل عدم إلمام المرشد بكل مقررات الخطة الدراسية ، مما يعوق عملية الإرشاد الأكاديمي ويؤدي إلى نتائج غير مرغوب فيها و هو ما يحد من فعالية دور وحدة الإرشاد الأكاديمي للطلاب بصفة عامة وطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية بصفة خاصة.

Add to this a set of challenges facing the academic advising unit in universities, such as the advisor’s lack of familiarity with all the courses of the study plan, which hinders the academic advising process and leads to undesirable results, which limits the effectiveness of the role of the academic advising unit for students in general and social service students in particular.
