الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة للأخصائي الاجتماعي من المعارف المرتبطة بالعمل التطوعي الإلكتروني

الملخص:
لقد ازداد الاهتمام العالمي والمحلي, الرسمي والشعبي بقطاع العمل التطوعي في العالم العربي في العقدين الآخرين. واصبح يقاس تقدم المجتمع الإنساني بحجم المنظمات التطوعية وأعداد المتطوعين به. وعلي الرغم من أن التراث العربي والإسلامي يعتبر زاخراً بقيم التكافل والتضامن, إلا أن العمل التطوعي في العالم العربي ما زال متواضعاً مقارنة مع المجتمعات الأخرى، وتهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة للأخصائي الاجتماعي من المعارف المرتبطة بالعمل التطوعي الإلكتروني، تنتمى هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على استخدام المنهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة وذلك لعينة من عينة من المتطوعين بجمعية صلاح الدين الايوبي وجمعية رواد صناع الحياة وعددهم (267)، اعتمدت الباحثة في جمع البيانات من الميدان على مقياس الاحتياجات التدريبية لإكساب الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين مهارات العمل التطوعي الإلكتروني باستخدام إدارة المعرفة، مطبق على المتطوعين بجمعية صلاح الدين الايوبي وجمعية رواد صناع الحياة بمدينة الفيوم، وطبقت في جمعية صلاح الدين الايوبي وجمعية رواد صناع الحياة بمدينة الفيوم، وتدل نتائج الدراسة على أهمية الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة للأخصائي الاجتماعي من المعارف المرتبطة بالعمل التطوعي الإلكتروني.

Summary:
Global and local, official and popular interest in the volunteer work sector in the Arab world has increased over the past two decades. The progress of human society has become measured by the size of volunteer organizations and the number of volunteers within it. Although the Arab and Islamic heritage is considered to be full of values ​​of interdependence and solidarity, However, volunteer work in the Arab world is still modest compared to other societies, and the study aims to determine the necessary training needs for social workers in terms of knowledge related to electronic volunteer work. This study belongs to the style of analytical descriptive studies. This study relied on the use of the sample social survey method. A sample of a sample of volunteers at the Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi Association and the Life Makers Pioneers Association, numbering (267), In collecting data from the field, the researcher relied on the training needs scale to provide social workers with electronic volunteer work skills using knowledge management, applied to volunteers at the Salah El-Din Al-Ayoubi Association and the Pioneers of Life Makers Association in Fayoum City, and it was applied in the Salah El-Din Al-Ayoubi Association and the Pioneers of Life Makers Association in Fayoum City, and it indicates The results of the study highlight the importance of the social worker’s training needs for knowledge related to electronic volunteer work.
