متطلبات استخدام إدارة المعرفة لدى الأخصائيات الاجتماعيات برياض الأطفال

الملخص:
يوصف العصر الحالي بأنه عصر المعرفة فهي رأس المال الحقيقي الذي يفوق في أهميته وقيمته الموارد الطبيعية الأخرى، ويتسم هذا العصر بالاهتمام المكثف بالإنسان وتنميته واستثمار قدراته الذهنية أي باعتباره الأساس في تحقيق أي تقدم في فعالية المنظمة، وذلك الاهتمام بتكامل مصادر المعرفة وتنظيمها وتنميتها وارتفاع أهمية وقيمة الأعمال ذات المحتوى المعرفي حيث أن المعرفة أصبحت تمثل النسب الأعلى في تكوين الناتج القومي الإجمالي للدول المتقدمة، وتهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد متطلبات استخدام إدارة المعرفة للأخصائيات الاجتماعيات برياض الأطفال، تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للأخصائيات الاجتماعيات بالمدارس الحكومية والخاصة الملحق بها رياض أطفال وعددهم (80)، اعتمدت الباحثة في جمع البيانات من الميدان على مقياس المتطلبات اللازمة للاستخدام إدارة المعرفة في تحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيات الاجتماعيات برياض الأطفال، مطبق على الأخصائيات الاجتماعيات بالمدارس الحكومية والخاصة الملحق بها رياض أطفال، وطبقت جميع المدارس الحكومية والخاصة الملحق بها رياض أطفال وعددهم 25 مدرسة حكومية + 15 خاصة، وأكدت النتائج الدراسة على وجود العديد من المتطلبات لااستخدام إدارة المعرفة للأخصائيات الاجتماعيات برياض الأطفال.

Astract:
The current era is described as the era of knowledge, as it is the real capital that exceeds in importance and value other natural resources. This era is characterized by intense interest in human beings, their development, and the investment of their mental abilities, that is, as the basis for achieving any progress in the effectiveness of the organization, and that interest in integrating, organizing, and developing sources of knowledge and increasing importance and value. Works with cognitive content, as knowledge has become the highest percentage in the composition of the gross national product of developed countries. The study aims to determine the requirements for using knowledge management for female social workers in kindergartens. This study belongs to the style of descriptive analytical studies. This study relied on the approach of a comprehensive social survey for female social workers. Social studies to which kindergartens are attached (80), the researcher relied in collecting data from the field on a scale of requirements necessary to use knowledge management in improving the professional performance of social workers in kindergartens, applied to social workers in public and private schools to which kindergartens are attached, and all schools applied There are 25 government and private schools with kindergartens attached to them, and the results of the study indicate the importance of the requirements for using knowledge management for social workers in kindergartens..
