آليات الجمعيات الأهلية وتنمية مهارات العمل التطوعي لدي الشباب بالمجتمع المحلي

ملخص الدراسة :
استهدفت الدراسة تحديد مستوى آليات الجمعيات الأهلية لتنمية مهارات العمل التطوعي لدي الشباب بالمجتمع المحلي ، تحديد مستوى مهارات العمل التطوعي لدي الشباب بالمجتمع المحلي ، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلي الدراسات الوصفية ، وتعتمد على استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة العمدية للشباب بمحافظة القاهرة وعددهم (220) مفردة، وكذلك منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمسئولين وعددهم (35) مفردة ، وقد طبقت الباحثة استمارة استبيان للشباب ، واستمارة استبيان للمسئولين ، وأثبتت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى آليات الجمعيات الأهلية لتنمية مهارات العمل التطوعي لدي الشباب بالمجتمع المحلي مرتفعاً ، كما أثبتت أن مستوى مهارات العمل التطوعي لدي الشباب بالمجتمع المحلي مرتفعاً ، وأخيرا أثبتت أنه توجد علاقة طردية تأثيرية دالة إحصائياً بين آليات الجمعيات الأهلية وتنمية مهارات العمل التطوعي لدي الشباب بالمجتمع المحلي.

Abstract:
The study aimed to determine the level of mechanisms of civil society organizations to develop volunteer work skills among young people in the local community, and to determine the level of volunteer work skills among young people in the local community. This study belongs to descriptive studies, and relies on the use of the social survey approach with a deliberate sample of youth in Cairo Governorate, numbering (220) individuals. As well as the comprehensive social survey approach for (35) officials, the researcher applied a questionnaire form for youth, and a questionnaire form for officials, and the results of the study proved that the level of NGO mechanisms for developing volunteer work skills among young people in the local community is high, and it also proved that the level of volunteer work skills among young people In the local community, it was high, and finally it was proven that there is a direct, statistically significant, and influential relationship between the mechanisms of civil society organizations and the development of volunteer work skills among young people in the local community.
