إسهامات برامج ومشروعات الوحدات ذات الطابع الخاص بجامعة الفيوم في تنمية المجتمع

ملخص الدراسة :
إن الجامعة لا يمكن أن تؤدي دورها الكامل في تنمية المجتمع دون تحقيق تفاعل بين الفرد من ناحية والبيئة الاجتماعية من ناحية أخرى ، فعلاقة الجامعة بالتغيير الاجتماعي وتنمية المجتمع متلازم ومترابط فهما يقويان المهارات ويذكيان روح الابتكار لدى الفرد ويعدّان أجيال يمكن الاعتماد عليها في مواجهة الأفكار الهدامة وبناء مجتمع صالح
وأنشأت الجامعة الوحدات ذات الطابع الخاص لخدمة الطلاب وتنمية المجتمع وتنمية موارد الجامعة الذاتية ، وتعتمد الوحدات ذات الطابع الخاص على ركيزتين أساسيتين فى عملها: الأولى وهى المشاركة الفعلية فى تقديم الخدمات والاستشارات ووضع خبرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس مهاراتهم البحثية فى سبل تحقيق رسالة الجامعة لخدمة المجتمع والثانية وهى المشاركة فى تدبير موارد مالية لتشغيل الوحدات ومشاركة الجامعة فى تمويل بعض مشروعاتها ، وتحاول الدراسة التعرف على إسهامات برامج ومشروعات الوحدات ذات الطابع الخاص بجامعة الفيوم في تنمية المجتمع ، دراسة من وجهة نظر التنفيذيين بمحافظة الفيوم

Study summary:
             The university cannot perform its full role in the development of society without achieving interaction between the individual on the one hand and the social environment on the other hand. The university’s relationship with social change and community development is inseparable and interconnected. They strengthen skills, stimulate the spirit of innovation in the individual, and prepare generations that can be relied upon to confront destructive ideas and build... A good society.
             The university has established units of a special nature to serve students, develop the community, and develop the university’s own resources. The units of a special nature rely on two basic pillars in their work: the first, which is actual participation in providing services and consultations, and placing the expertise of faculty members and their research skills in ways to achieve the university’s mission to serve the community, and the second, which is Participation in arranging financial resources to operate the units and the university’s participation in financing some of its projects. The study trying to identify the contributions of the programs and projects of the units of a special nature at Fayoum University to community development, a study from the point of view of executives in Fayoum Governorate.
