متطلبات الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في العمل الفريقى مع مصابي كورونا.

الملخص: 
يواجه العالم منذ بداية عام 2020م جائحة وبائية لفيروس كورونا (COVID-19) الذي يمثل تحدياً كبيراً للبشرية وتهديداً خطيراً للحياة تتمثل في معدل انتشار سريع ومقلق للوباء قد يؤدي للوفاة عند بعض الحالات. وبالرغم من اتخاذ الكثير من دول العالم لإجراءات متعددة وقاسية أحياناً للحد من انتشار الفيروس وتقليل تفشيه بشكل وبائي، إلا أن أنظار العالم تتجه الآن إلى العلماء والأطباء والمبدعين من كل التخصصات العلمية على أمل إيجاد العلاج السريع والناجح لهذا الوباء . وهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد المتطلبات الخاصة بالإداء المهني  للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في العمل الفريقى مع مصابي كرونا , وتحديد المتطلبات( المعرفية – المهارية – القيمية ) الخاصة بالإداء المهني  للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في العمل الفريقى مع مصابي كرونا. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد استخدمت الباحثة منهج مسح اجتماعي شامل لجميع الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع أعضاء الفرق الطبية بمستشفيات العزل لمصابي كرونا بمحافظة الفيوم ومقياس متطلبات الأداء المهني  للأخصائيين الاجتماعين في العمل الفريقى مع مصابي كرونا  وهو من  إعدادها، وقد استخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية البسيطة وفقا لطبيعة الدراسة.
وقد أظهرت النتائج أن ترتيب أبعاد أداة البحث وفقا لاستجابات المبحوثين، وفقاً للمتوسط المرجح والقوة النسبية على النحو التالي: المتطلبات القيمية الخاصة بالإداء المهني  للإخصائيين الاجتماعيين في العمل الفريقى مع مصابي كرونا "، في الترتيب الأول بمتوسط مرجح (41.1)، وقوة نسبية (91.3٪)، المتطلبات الخاصة بالإداء المهني  للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في العمل الفريقى مع مصابي كرونا"، في الترتيب الثانى بمتوسط مرجح (40.6)، وقوة نسبية (90.3٪)" , المتطلبات المهارية الخاصة بالإعداد المهني  للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في العمل الفريقى مع مصابي كرونا "، في الترتيب الثالث بمتوسط مرجح (39.1)، وقوة نسبية (86.9٪) ," والمتطلبات المعرفية الخاصة بالإداء المهني  للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في العمل الفريقى مع مصابي كرونا"، في الترتيب الرابع بمتوسط مرجح (37.7)، وقوة نسبية (83٪).

Since the beginning of 2020, the world has been facing an epidemic of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), which represents a major challenge to humanity and a serious threat to life represented by a rapid and alarming rate of spread of the epidemic that may lead to death in some cases. Although many countries in the world have taken multiple and sometimes harsh measures to limit the spread of the virus and reduce its epidemic spread, the world's eyes are now turning to scientists, doctors, and innovators from all scientific specialties in the hope of finding a quick and successful treatment for this epidemic. The current study aimed to determine the requirements for the professional performance of social workers in team work with people infected with Coronavirus, and to determine the requirements (cognitive - skill - value) for the professional performance of social workers in team work with people infected with Coronavirus. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used a comprehensive social survey approach for all Social workers working with members of the medical teams in isolation hospitals for people infected with Corona in Fayoum Governorate, and a measure of professional performance requirements for social workers in team work with people infected with Corona, which was prepared by them. The researcher used simple statistical methods according to the nature of the study, and the results showed that the dimensions of the research tool were arranged according to the responses of the respondents according to the weighted average and relative strength as follows: "Valuable requirements for the professional performance of social workers in team work with people infected with Coronavirus." In first order, with a weighted average (41.1) and relative strength (91.3%), are the requirements for the professional performance of social workers in team work with Coronavirus patients are in second order with a weighted average (40.6) and relative strength (90.3%). The skill requirements for the professional preparation of social workers in team work with people infected with Coronavirus "are ranked third with a weighted average of (39.1) and relative strength and the cognitive requirements for the, (%86.9) professional performance of social workers in team work with people infected with Coronavirus" are ranked fourth with an average Weighted (37.7), and relative strength .(83)
