اليات تدعيم الممارسة المهنية لطريقة العمل مع الجماعات في المجال المدرسي وفقا البحوث والدراسات العلمية.

ملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على طبيعة الخصائص المنهجية لبحوث ودراسات الممارسة المهنية لطريقة العمل مع الجماعات بالمجال المدرسى  فى الفترة من 2008- 2018، وذلك من حيث نوع الدراسة , المنهج المستخدم , الأدوات البحثية ,طبيعة العينة وحجمها، وكذلك الوقوف على الطرق التي تناولتها هذه البحوث و الدراسات. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد استخدمت الباحثة أداة تحليل المحتوى وهو من  إعدادها، وتم تحليل عدد تسعة عشر بحث ودراسة وذلك بطريقة المسح الشامل، وقد استخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية البسيطة وفقا لطبيعة الدراسة.
وقد أظهرت النتائج أن معظم الرسائل جاءت وصفية بنسبة 36.84% , وأكثر الرسائل استخدمت منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل بنسبة 47.36% , تم استخدم أداة الاستبانة بنسبة 52.63% , وأن معظم الرسائل جاء حجم العينة في تناولها لمجتمع الدراسة بنسبة 63.15% , كما كانت أكثر العينات استخداماً العينة العمدية وشكلت ما نسبته 36.84%،  حيث أن الإحصاء الوصفي الاستدلالي أكثر استخداما من الإحصاء الوصفي , وذلك لوضع آليات لتدعيم الممارسة المهنية لطريقة العمل مع الجماعات  في المجال المدرسي  , وتحديد متطلبات مستقبلية لتوجيه  بحوث ودراسات  الممارسة المهنية لطريقة العمل مع الجماعات في المجال المدرسي .

Abstract
According to scientific research and studies, the study aimed to determine the nature of the methodological characteristics of research and studies of professional practice on the method of working with groups in the school field in the period from 2008 - 2018, in terms of the type of study, the methodology used, research tools, the nature and size of the sample, as well as to determin The methods covered by these researches and studies. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the content analysis tool, which was prepared by her. Nineteen research and studies were analyzed using a comprehensive survey method. The researcher used simple statistical methods according to the nature of the study.
The results showed that most of the messages were descriptive at a ra of 36.84%, and most of the messages used the comprehensive social survey approach at a rate of 47.36% , the questionnaire tool was used a a rate of 52.63%, and that most of the messages were of a sample size their address to the study population at a rate of 63.15% , and they wer also the most widely used samples. The intentional sample constitutec 36.84%, as inferential descriptive statistics are more commonly used than descriptive statistics, in order to develop mechanisms to support the professional practice of the method of working with groups in the school field, and to determine future requirements for directing researc and studies of the professional practice of the method of working with groups in the school field.
