ملخص البحث:
تنتمي هذه الدراسة وفقاً لأهدافها إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية التي تستهدف رصد وتحليل العلاقة بين الرشاقة الاستراتيجية (كمتغير مستقل) ودعم المسئولية المجتمعية بالقطاع الطبي (كمتغير تابع) وصولاً إلى رؤية مستقبلية مقترحة من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لدعم المسئولية المجتمعية بالقطاع الطبي باستخدام الرشاقة الاستراتيجية، وذلك من خلال الاستشهاد في هذا الوصف والتحليل بمعطيات الإطار النظري ونتائج الإطار الميداني للدراسة. واعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة المتاحة " العينة الميسرة للباحثة " للمسئولين بالمستشفيات والمراكز الطبية بمحافظة الشرقية وذلك نظراً لاهتمامها بتنفيذ الخطط والبرامج والأنشطة المستدامة لتطوير خدمات الرعاية الصحية بها، وكذلك لتوافر مقومات تحقيق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية ودورها الفاعل في تنمية الوعي بالمسئولية المجتمعية في القطاع الطبي، وقد اسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن قبول الفرض الاساسي والذي مؤداه " توجد علاقة طردية تأثيرية دالة إحصائياً بين الرشاقة الاستراتيجية ودعم المسئولية المجتمعية بالقطاع الطبي ".
