المساندة الاجتماعية كمدخل لتحقيق الامن الاجتماعي للأسر الاولى بالرعاية

شكل الفقر عبر مراحل التاريخ المختلفة المشكلة ذات الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والسياسية، فالفقر مشكلة عالمية لا يخلو مجتمع منها حتى فى تلك الدول المتقدمة والتى تقدم أعلى برامج الرعاية حيث أن الفقر هو الحالة الاقتصادية التى يفتقد فيها الفرد الدخل الكافى للحصول على المستويات الدنيا من الرعاية الصحية والغذاء والملبس والتعليم وكل ما يُعد من الاحتياجات الفردية لتأمين مستوى لائق فى الحياة وتندرج هذه الدراسة تحت الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، وتستهدف تلك الدراسة تحديد مستوى المساندة الاجتماعية كمدخل لتحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي للأسر الأولى بالرعاية والتوصل إلى تصور تخطيطي مقترح لتفعيل المساندة الاجتماعية كمدخل لتحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي للأسر الأولى بالرعاية.  وقد إستخدمت تلك الدراسة منهج المسح الإجتماعي بنوعيه الشامل لجميع الأخصائين والعاملين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة وعددهم (11) وكذلك المسح الإجتماعي بالعينة لعدد من الأسر وعددهم (80)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي النتائج التالية أن أهم مستويات المساندة الاجتماعية كمدخل لتحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي من وجهة نظر الأسر تمثلت فيما يلي: الخدمات النفسية المقدمة للأسر بنسبة (75%) ثم الاندماج المجتمعي للأسر بنسبة (71%) ، ثم الدعم المادي المقدم للاسر وذلك بنسبة (68%) ، ثم الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للأسر وذلك بنسبة (65%)، بينما جاءت وجهة نظر الأخصائين الإجتماعين والعاملين مختلفة.

Social support as an entry point to achieving social security for families in need of care
Abstract:
Throughout the various stages of history, poverty has been a problem with economic, social, cultural and political dimensions. Poverty is a global problem that no society is devoid of, even in those developed countries that provide the highest care programs, as poverty is the economic condition in which the individual lacks sufficient income to obtain the minimum levels of health care. Food, clothing, education, and all that is considered an individual need to secure a decent standard of life This study falls under descriptive analytical studies. This study aims to determine the level of social support as an entry point to achieving social security for families in need of care and to come up with a proposed planning vision for activating social support as an entry point to achieve social security for families in need of care. This study used a comprehensive social survey approach for all specialists and workers in the institution under study, numbering (11), as well as a sample social survey for a number of families, numbering (80). The study reached the following results that the most important levels of social support as an entry point to achieving social security from the point of view of families They were as follows: psychological services provided to families at a rate of (75%), then community integration for families at a rate of (71%), then financial support provided to families at a rate of (68%), then health services provided to families at a rate of (65%), while the destination Social workers and workers have a different view.
