فعالية مراكز الشباب في تنمية مهارات وظائف المستقبل لدي الشباب وفق رؤية مصر 2030

تسعى الدراسة الحالية الي تحقيق هدف رئيسي قياس فعالية مراكز الشباب في تنمية مهارات وظائف المستقبل لدي الشباب وفق رؤية مصر 2030، وذلك من خلال مجموعة من الأهداف الفرعية: قياس فعالية مراكز الشباب في تنمية مهارة حل المشكلات لدي الشباب وفق رؤية مصر 2030 ، وقياس فعالية مراكز الشباب في تنمية مهارة التفاوض لدي الشباب وفق رؤية مصر 2030، وقياس فعالية مراكز الشباب في تنمية مهارة اتخاذ القرار لدي الشباب وفق رؤية مصر 2030 ، والتوصل لتصور مقترح لزيادة فاعلية مراكز الشباب في تنمية مهارات وظائف المستقبل لدي الشباب وفق رؤية مصر 2030، تعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات التقويمية، اعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي عن طريق العينة من الشباب وتكونت عينة البحث من (195) مفردة من الشباب (ذكور – أناث ) بمركز شباب الانفوشي بمحافظة الإسكندرية ، و توصلت الدراسة إلي أهم النتائج منها أن مؤشر مهارة حل المشكلات لدي الشباب متوافر بنسبة متوسطة  بلغت (67%) ومؤشر مهارة التفاوض لدي الشباب متوافر بنسبة متوسطة بلغت (66.33%)  ومؤشر مهارة اتخاذ القرار لدي الشباب متوافر بنسبة متوسطة بلغت (66%) وتوصلت  الدراسة الي تصور مقترح لزيادة فاعلية مراكز الشباب في تنمية مهارات وظائف المستقبل لدي الشباب وفق رؤية مصر 2030

Abstract
The current study seeks to achieve a main objective of measuring the effectiveness of youth centers in developing future job skills among youth according to Egypt's Vision 2030, through a set of sub-objectives: measuring the effectiveness of youth centers in developing problem-solving skills among youth according to Egypt's Vision 2030, measuring the effectiveness of youth centers in developing negotiation skills among youth according to Egypt's Vision 2030, measuring the effectiveness of youth centers in developing decision-making skills among youth according to Egypt's Vision 2030, and reaching a proposed vision to support youth centers in developing future job skills among youth according to Egypt's Vision 2030. This study is considered an evaluation study, based on the social survey method through a sample of youth. The research sample consisted of (195) individuals from youth (males - females) at the Anfoushi Youth Center in Alexandria Governorate. The study reached the most important results, including that the problem-solving skill index among youth is available at an average rate of (67%), the negotiation skill index among youth is available at an average rate of (66.33%), and the decision-making skill index among youth is available at an average rate of (66%).
