التدخل المهني بطريقة طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتنمية المهارات الرقمية للعاملين بالجمعيات الاهلية لتطوير أدائهم المهني.

الملخص العربي :
تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى تحقيق هدف رئيسي يتمثل في ممارسة التدخل المهني بطريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتنمية المهارات الرقمية للعاملين بالجمعيات الأهلية لتطوير أدائهم المهني وينبثق من هذا الهدف الرئيسي مجموعة أهداف فرعية وهي: تنمية مهارة التشغيل الرقمي للعاملين بالجمعيات الأهلية لتطوير أدائهم المهني، تنمية مهارات التسويق الرقمي للعاملين بالجمعيات الأهلية لتطوير أدائهم المهني، تنمية مهارة الإبداع الرقمي للعاملين بالجمعيات الأهلية لتطوير أدائهم المهني. وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نمط بحوث تقدير عائد التدخل المهني وهي تستهدف قياس أثر متغير مستقل على متغير تابع حيث تحدد المتغير المستقل في برنامج التدخل المهني بطريقة تنظيم المجتمع وفي التأثير على متغير تابع وهو تنمية المهارات الرقمية للعاملين بالجمعيات الأهلية لتطوير أدائهم المهني. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى صحة الفرض الرئيسي للدراسة والذي مؤداه "توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات القياسين القبلي والبعدي باستخدام التدخل المهني بطريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتنميةالمهارات الرقمية للعاملين بالجمعيات الأهلية لتطوير أدائهم المهني، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى صحة الفروض الفرعية للدراسة لصالح التطبيق البعدى باستخدام التدخل المهنى لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتنمية المهارات الرقمية وذلك للمؤشرات الآتية: مهارة التشغيل الرقمى، ومهارة التسويق الرقمى، ومهارة الإبداع الرقمى، كما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن برنامج التدخل المهني لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع أدى إلى تنمية المهارات الرقمية للعاملين بالجمعيات الأهلية لتطوير أدائهم المهني بمتغيراتها المختلفة مما يشير إلى نجاح برنامج التدخل المهني في تحقيق أهدافه، وذلك في ضوء محتوى البرنامج النظري والتطبيقي ومن خلال الاستعانة بالخبراء والمتخصصين في تنفيذ البرنامج.

Abstract:
The current study seeks to achieve a main objective, which is to practice professional intervention in the way of organizing society to develop the digital skills of NCS employees to develop their professional performance. This main objective emerges from this main objective, namely: developing the digital operation skill of employees in NGOs to develop their professional performance, developing the digital marketing skills of NCS employees to develop their professional performance, developing the digital creativity skill of NCS employees to develop their professional performance to develop their professional performance. This study belongs to the research pattern of estimating the return of professional intervention and aims to measure the effect of an independent variable on a dependent variable, where it identifies the independent variable in the professional intervention program in the way of organizing society and in influencing a dependent variable, which is the development of digital skills of employees of civil associations to develop their professional performance. The study reached the validity of the main assumption of the study, which means that "there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of tribal and post-scales by using professional intervention in the method of organizing society to develop the digital skills of employees of civil associations to develop their professional performance. The study also reached the validity of the sub-assumptions of the study in favor of the dimensional application using the professional intervention method of organizing society to develop digital skills for the following indicators: digital operation skill, digital marketing skill, and digital creativity skill. The results of the study also made it clear that the professional intervention program for the method of organizing society led to the development of digital skills of employees of civil associations to develop their professional performance in their various variables, which indicates the success of the professional intervention program in achieving its objectives, In light of the theoretical and applied content of the program and through the use of experts and specialists in the implementation of the program.
