التفاوت في بعض المتغيرات النفسية والاجتماعية بين مدمني المخدرات ومدمني المسكرات (دراسة مقارنة كما يراها المدمنين وبعض المعالجين في مستشفى إرادة للصحة النفسية وعلاج الإدمان بمدينة الرياض)

 
المستخلص:
يعتبر هذا البحث من الدراسات المقارنة بين فئة مدمني المخدرات، وفئة مدمني المسكرات، وذلك للتعرف على التفاوت في بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية، والنفسية، والاجتماعية بين الفئتين. وتمثل مجتمع البحث في (41) مدمناً للمخدرات، و(41) مدمناً للمسكرات، والمتواجدين في مستشفى إرادة للصحة النفسية بالرياض لهدف العلاج من الإدمان، إضافة لستة من المعالجين من نفس المستشفى. وسعى البحث إلى التعرف على بعض المتغيرات المتعلقة بالخصائص الديموغرافية (العمر، ومدة الاستخدام، وفترة الاستخدام، والحالة الزواجية، والاقتصادية). وكذلك التعرف على أبرز المتغيرات النفسية، والاجتماعية بين فئة مدمني المخدرات، وفئة مدمني المسكرات. وأُستخدم منهج المسح الاجتماعي لعينتي مدمني المسكرات، ومدمني المخدرات، ومنهج دراسة الحالة مع عدد من المعالجين المتخصصين في علاج الإدمان، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال استبانة تم تصميمها، وتحكيمها لغرض الإجابة على تساؤلات البحث لتحقيق أهدافه. وكذلك استخدام أداة المقابلة، وكان أبرز النتائج التي توصل لها البحث هي: الوقوف على عدد من المتغيرات التي تتفاوت بين مدمني المخدرات، ومدمني المسكرات ومنها التفاوت في الحالة التعليمية، والاقتصادية، والزواجية، ومدى وجود تفاوت أيضاً في بعض المتغيرات النفسية، والاجتماعية. وأوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها؛ إقامة برامج توعوية تكون موجهة للفرد والأسرة، ومراعاة الفروق الفردية في عمليات العلاج، والتأهيل لمدمني المخدرات والمسكرات، وكذلك توصية الباحثين على القيام بمزيد من الأبحاث التي تكون أكثر تفصيلاً ودقة للمقارنة بين مختلف فئات الإدمان على المخدرات، والمسكرات.

Abstract:
This research is considered a comparative study between the category of drug addicts and the category of alcohol addicts, in order to identify the disparity in some demographic, psychological and social variables between the two categories. The research community represented (41) drug addicts and (41) alcohol addicts, who are present in Erada Hospital for Mental Health in Riyadh for the purpose of addiction treatment, in addition to six therapists from the same hospital.  The study sought to identify some variables related to demographic characteristics (age, duration of use, period of use, marital status, and economic status), as well as the most prominent psychological and social variables among drug addicts and alcohol addicts. The social survey method was used for the two samples of alcoholics and drug addicts, and the case study method was used with a number of therapists specializing in addiction treatment. Data was collected through a questionnaire that was designed and validated to answer the research questions and achieve its objectives. An interview tool was also used. The most prominent findings of the research were:To examine a number of variables that vary between drug addicts and alcohol addicts, including differences in educational, economic, and marital status, as well as the extent to which there is also variation in some psychological and social variables. The study made a number of recommendations, including: establishing awareness programs that target individuals and families, taking into account individual differences in treatment and rehabilitation processes for drug and alcohol addicts, as well as recommending that researchers conduct more detailed and accurate research to compare the various categories of drug and alcohol addiction.
