فاعلية مشروع إعادة تنشئة الأسرة وتعديل أساليب التربية فى التخفيف من حدة الخلافات الزواجية

ملخص البحث:
تُعد الأسرة دعامة أساسية فى المجتمع إذا كان الفرد هو اللبنة الأولى فى بناء المجتمع فإن الأسرة هى الخلية الأولى فى كيانه فالفرد جزء من الأسرة والأسرة جزء من المجتمع ودعامة أساسية فيه وإذا صلحت صلح الفرد وإذا صلح الفرد صلحت الأسرة وصلح المجتمع.
وحتى يكون الاستقرار والنجاح ملازماً للحياة الأسرية فلابد من توزيع الأدوار بين أفرادها بحيث يعرف كل فرد دوره فى الأسرة فيقوم به ويحاسب عليه وحتى يكون هناك سعادة ورضا وتحقيق الذات واشباع لمقومات جودة الحياة لدى الفرد.
وبذلك تعتبر مشكلة الخلافات الزواجية من المشكلات التى تواجه الأسرة فالبرغم من أنها مشكلة تمتاز بطابع الخصوصية لكن تأثيرها يتعدى ليشمل المجتمع كله فقد اصبحت هذه الظاهرة مشكلة واضحة فى مجتمعاتنا.
ومن هنا يتضح أهمية المشروعات التى تتبنى الاهتمام بالموضوعات الخاصة بالأسرة ولما لها من دور فى اعادة تربية هؤلاء الأبناء وتزويد معارفهم بمسئوليات الحياة الزوجية وما لهم من حقوق وما عليهم من واجبات وفاعلية هذه المشروعات فى التأثير على تلك الأسر وبالتالى يزيد من استقرارها والذى ينتج عنه استقرار المجتمع لذلك تم اختيار الدراسة لمشروع من المشروعات التى تتبناها الجهة الخاصة لمجلس الأمومة والطفولة والذى اقيم تحت عنوان " اعادة تنشئة الأسرة وتعديل أساليب التربية " وذلك لتقييمه وكيف اثر على المستفيدين بالايجاب او السلب.
وتعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات التقييمية واستخدمت الباحثة منهج المسح الاجتماعى بإستخدام الحصر الشامل للأسر المستفيدة من المشروع وبالعينة للخبراء بالمشروع واستعانت الباحثة بمقياس فاعلية مشروع إعادة تنشئة الأسرة وتعديل أساليب التربية فى التخفيف من حدة الخلافات الزواجية ودليل مقابلة مع الخبراء للكشف عن نتائج الدراسة.
وكشفت نتائج الدراسة أن القائميين على المشروع أكدوا أن المشروع نفذ طبقًا للخطة الموضوعة وأنه حقق أهدافه كاملة وأن المشروع قام من أجل التخفيف من حدة الخلافات الزواجية وأن الدورات التدريبية كانت مفيدة وقام بها متخصصون.

The family is a basic pillar in society. If the individual is the first building block in building society, then the family is the first cell in its entity. The individual is part of the family, and the family is part of society and a basic pillar in it. If it is good, the individual is good, and if the individual is good, the family is good and society is good, In order for stability and success to accompany family life, roles must be distributed among its members so that each individual knows his role in the family, performs it, and is held accountable for it, and so that there is happiness, satisfaction, self-realization, and fulfillment of the components of quality of life for the individual. Thus, the problem of marital disputes is considered one of the problems facing the family. Although it is a problem characterized by a private nature, its impact extends to include the entire society. This phenomenon has become a clear problem in our societies, Hence, the importance of projects that embrace interest in family-related issues becomes clear, as they play a role in re-educating these children and providing them with knowledge of the responsibilities of married life, their rights and duties, and the effectiveness of these projects in influencing these families, thus, it increases its stability, which results in the stability of society. Therefore, the study was chosen for a project from the projects adopted by the private body of the Motherhood and Childhood Council, which was held under the title “Re-establishing the family and modifying parenting methods,” in order to evaluate it and how it affected the beneficiaries, positively or negatively. This study is considered an evaluation study. The researcher used the social survey method using a comprehensive census of the families benefiting from the project and a sample of project experts, The researcher used a scale for the effectiveness of the family re-education project and modification of parenting methods in mitigating marital disputes and an interview guide with experts to reveal the results of the study. The study results revealed that those in charge of the project confirmed that the project was implemented according to the established plan and that it fully achieved its objectives. They also stated that the project was designed to mitigate marital disputes and that the training courses were useful and were conducted by specialists.
