دور موجهي التربية الاجتماعية في تنمية مهارات الإخصائيين الاجتماعيين في مراحل العمل مع الحالات الفردية

ملخص البحث:
الممارسة المهنية في الخدمة الاجتماعية هي بمثابة اتجاه تطبيقي يحدد للأخصائي الاجتماعي كممارس مهني خطوات التدخل المهني تبعاً لطبيعة الموقف الإشكالي الذي يتعامل معه مع إتاحة الفرصة له لاختيار الأساليب المهنية التي تناسب مشكلات انساق التعامل خاصه وان هذا الاتجاه يقوم على أساس نظري يتضمن العديد من النظريات العلمية المستمدة من العلوم الإنسانية، إلى جانب أسس مهارية وقيمية تعكس الطبيعة المميزة لممارسة مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية, حيث أن الممارسة المهنية تركز على حل المشكلات التي تواجه انساق التعامل وقدرة الممارس المهني على التدخل المهني الذي يتم على مستويات متعددة سواء كان هذا النسق فرداً أو جماعة أو منظمة أو مجتمعاً محلياً بل قد يمتد نسق التعامل إلى المجتمع القومي؛ كما تركز أيضا على التقدير والتدخل على مستوى كل من الناس والنظم وتفاعلهما لتقديم أفضل مساعدة.
ويلعب الأشراف المهني في الخدمة الاجتماعية دوراً حاسماً في ضمان الجودة وبناء قدرات الأخصائي الاجتماعي، وحل المشكلات في الحالات المعقدة، وهو العملية التي يلاحظ من خلالها المشرف المعين أداء الأخصائي الاجتماعي ويوجه الأنشطة، ويقدم الملاحظات، ويمكن للمشرف الجيد أن يكون ذا قيمه في مساعده الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين على الأداء الفعال داخل بيئة المؤسسة من خلال الحياة المهنية للمؤسسة داخل هيكل تنظيمي. فالأشراف بصفه عامه هو عمليه مستمرة تتم داخل المنظمة، حيث يضطلع بالأشراف شخص متخصص كمشرف يضطلع بمسؤوليه الأشراف على عمل المشرف عليه.

Abstract:
Professional practice in social work is an applied approach that defines the steps for professional intervention for the social worker, as a professional practitioner, based on the nature of the problematic situation they are dealing with, while allowing them the opportunity to choose professional methods that suit the problems of interaction systems, especially since this approach is based on a theoretical foundation that includes numerous scientific theories derived from the humanities, along with skill and value foundations that reflect the distinctive nature of practicing the social work profession. Professional practice focuses on resolving problems facing interaction systems and the professional practitioner's ability to intervene professionally, which occurs at multiple levels, whether this system is an individual, a group, an organization, or a local community. The interaction system may even extend to the national community. It also focuses on assessment and intervention at the level of both people and systems, and their interaction to provide the best assistance. Professional supervision in social work plays a crucial role in ensuring quality, building social worker capacity, and resolving complex cases. It is the process by which the assigned supervisor observes the social worker's performance, directs activities, and provides feedback. A good supervisor can be valuable in helping social workers perform effectively within the institutional environment, throughout the professional life of the institution and within an organizational structure. Supervision is generally an ongoing process within an organization, where supervision is undertaken by a specialized individual, such as a supervisor, who is responsible for overseeing the work of the supervisee.
