فعالية التنظيمات المدرسية في تنمية المهارات القيادية للقيادات الطلابية

ملخص البحث 
يتناول البحث بعنوان فعالية التنظيمات المدرسية في تنمية المهارات القيادية للقيادات الطلابية بالمدارس في المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية قياس أثر الاتحادات الطلابية في تطوير المهارات القيادية لدى الطلاب. ينتمي هذا البحث للدراسات التقويمية، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الكمي والكيفي، واعتمد على استمارة قياس مطبّقة على عينة شملت 98 طالباً في محافظة الفيوم، موزعين بالتساوي بين المرحلتين.
 نتائج البحث الأساسية:
- التنظيمات المدرسية أثبتت فاعلية مرتفعة في تنمية المهارات القيادية عبر خمسة أبعاد: الأساسية، الإدارية، الشخصية، الاجتماعية، والريادية.
- أظهرت المهارات الاجتماعية والشخصية أعلى نسب من القبول بين الطلاب، فيما جاءت المهارات الريادية والتكنولوجية في مرتبة أقل، مما يبرز حاجة لتطوير هذا الجانب.
- لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطلاب من مراحل وصفات مختلفة داخل الاتحاد.

- تعزيز دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في دعم الاتحادات الطلابية.
- وضع خطة تربوية مستقبلية لتفعيل القيادة الطلابية بأساليب مهنية.
- تفعيل بيئة مدرسية داعمة لريادة الطلاب من خلال تدريب، إشراف ومشروعات تطبيقية.

Abstract   :
The study titled "The Effectiveness of School Organizations in Developing the Leadership Skills of Student Leaders in Preparatory and Secondary Schools" aims to evaluate the impact of student unions on cultivating leadership competencies among students. This evaluation-based research combines both qualitative and quantitative methods and uses a structured measurement tool. The study was conducted on a sample of 98 students from Fayoum Governorate, evenly split between preparatory and secondary levels.
Key Findings:
- School organizations proved to be highly effective in enhancing five types of leadership skills: basic, administrative, personal, social, and entrepreneurial.
- Social and personal skills scored the highest approval levels among students, while entrepreneurial and technological skills were rated lower, indicating a need for further development in these areas.
- No statistically significant differences were found between students of various grades, roles, or committee affiliations within the student unions.

- Strengthen the role of the social worker in supporting student organizations.
- Develop a forward-looking educational strategy to promote student leadership through professional and structured programs.
